Follow this step
1.Export registry ( Backup) .reg
2.run regedit and goto HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\USBSTOR
Double click at ----> Start REG_DWORD 0x00003
Change value 3 is 4
3.Close regedit no need restart , you can use it
Remark : mouse and keyboard USB it ok normal
